"They're beautiful, aren't they?" She asked softly, not wanting to break the peaceful tranquillity surrounding them.
He looked her straight in the eye. "I'd buy them for you."
She let out a small laugh. "You can't buy the stars Kookie."
"For you?" He asked, his lips curling up into a smile, the smile she loved more than anything. "I'd buy the galax-" A loud noise sounded, and he jerked, clutching his stomach.
His hands came away stained deep red, his face a mask of pain.
She sucked in a breath. "Gguk?"
"Run." He whispered, his angelic voice carrying the burden of a thousand emotions, right before three more bangs were heard, and his eyes closed.
