After the news that Jadis is back from the dead reached the Pevensies, everyone is on edge. Susan and Lucy try to keep everyone calm, Edmund is terrified and Peter is worried for his brothers safety. 

But when they go searching for her, they find out that everything is not quiet as it seems. In fact, Jadis isn't real, She's only a ghost. But even as a ghost, she is more powerful than she was when she was alive. 

When they find out that the only way to get rid of her is to travel far from Narnia and destroy an ancient ice crystal, they will stop at nothing to do it. But, Jadis needs something. Or rather someone. To bring her back to life she needs a sacrifice on the stone table, a human sacrifice. And Peter will do all he can to make sure that Edmund is safe

Around a year after they have returned from Narnia Edmund falls ill and the doctors believe they cannot save them. A message from Aslan reaches the Pevensies; they can save Edmund if they go to Narnia, for the illness will not exist in that world. All 4 can go, but Edmund will never be able to return, for if he does he will die. When the siblings arrive in Narnia they hear Caspian has called them, for trouble has been stirring. How can 3 kings and 2 queens rule 1 country, with 2 very differently opinionated people. And how can 2 brothers deal with the fact that their closest friends is falling in love with their sister?
