First off, this is a mystery x reader, where you'll be left guessing the pairing until it's officially established! The romantic aspect is also a sub plot, compared to the main story, which I've summarized below.⤵️

In the wake of the subsequent chaos after All Mights fall from the symbol of peace, you found yourself in an impossible situation as the heat from the press and general population grew stronger on the pro heroes and the crimes and danger you and everyone else faced on a daily basis increased.

You finally found yourself able to brave the world again, after unrelenting criticism, and not too long after found yourself in a skirmish with a nasty squad of villains, headed by a man who could only be described as a nightmare.

You, and the heroes who follow in pursuit, must overcome this tricky combination of quirks and decipher what's real and what isn't in order to save the civilians and stop the hysteria the villains had created.

Who will come out on top? What will be the consequences of this upcoming battle? Will you, and the other pro heroes, regain a sense of peace and calm for yourselves and the citizens? Or will the sense of uneasiness and fear overshadow things even more?
