In a dystopian future where an underground, high-stakes Death Game decides the destiny of desperate people, participants from all backgrounds are compelled to battle for survival. Each tournament is disguised as a rigorous sequence of conventional and psychological games, intended to remove the weak and reward only the stronger.
Past winners believed they had guaranteed their freedom for decades-until they themselves became targets. A huge conspiracy emerges as survivors, both local and worldwide, discover they were never truly free.
