Coulson and the team encounter a lot of obsticals. How will they overcome them? Their first mission after a three month break, is a weapon that has been used to do terrible things. But there is a twist. Skye knows this weapon and she will do anything to destroy it. Skye leaves the team and heads to her secret top security apartment to plan her next move. She is contacted by her foster brother Tony Stark and that is when she realises that she can't do this alone, so she gets Tony to organize for her team to meet her at the Stark Tower and then she contacts Asgard and asks for Thor and his friend's help. Soon enough we have an all out war between S.H.I.E.L.D. and HYDRA. When Skye is faced with an unthinkable choice, what will she choose?
