March is Endometriosis Awareness Month. I think this is the most important thing ever as soon as I found this out. I was really excited because I know that this is an opportunity for us to talk about endometriosis and to raise awareness and to bring it to the forefront and giving other women a chance to understand it a little bit better.

The thing about stars, is that they're all unique in their own special way and they're all gleaming high beyond the mountains, the clouds and the night sky. There are millions to trillions of stars shining at midnight; even at daylight, as there are so many stars that not even one can see far beyond into the distance. Women who suffer with a chronic, debilitating disease such as: Endometriosis {Endo}, Adenomyosis {Adeno} and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome {PCOS}; they suffer in silence, nothing but the midnight of the moon and stars illuminating their path through the thickness of the darkness, alone. Not one noticing their pain from the sea of the crowd, only the man on the moon truly knowing their anguish when twilight falls. Burdened (Short Story)
I was 16 years old when I found out that it was possible. I was living in an apartment with my boyfriend at that time. He and I took our high school classes online together. I met him when we were 14, just being dumb and clueless. I didn't know that I'll be his girlfriend at the age of 15 or that I was going to live on my own when I'm 16. I was just in my curious 14 year old body trying to get over my new monthly bleeding schedule. He and I wanted to become actors as a career, so we took college classes as well. At age 16, I worked 2 jobs at the mall and he was fixing cars at his father's garage shop. We were happy and in love. During our 16th year of age, we decided to do the big IT. It was amazing since we both took each others' virginity and luckily knew how to use condoms. It was impossible to stop. We did it non-stop, but that ended quickly when I stepped out of the bathroom with tears in my eyes. I was pregnant with Matthew Connor's baby. And I wasn't ready. "I'm not aborting my baby!" I feel strong hands wrap around my throat, and the next thing I know, I'm being lifted off the floor, fighting for air. "Listen here, you bitch you will abort that child, and if you don't, I'll personally kill you both myself. I'm a man of my word. Do not test me." He spat dead calm. Elora finds herself in a sticky position when her brother was in a terrible car accident, leading to an expensive medical bill that neither of them could afford. Her parents died when she was young, leaving her brother as her sole guardian. The two had been incredibly close over the years, and she had to find a way to help him in his current position.
