Weekly visiting her brother, Jungkook who is a schizophrenic patient, admitted to an asylum, Jeon Yona ends getting tangled up in a bloody game in which the life of her dear brother is at stake.
Waking up on the 8th floor of the building she must get in 48 hours to the first floor but the catch is that you must encounter 6 severely ill and dangerous patients who all have their own obsessions and irritation on each different floor.
Will Yona be able to obtain the key for the floor below from the patients and save her brother? Or be forever stuck on the floor with a lunatic?
