Natalie Reynolds- A typical teenage girl who loves the three S' (shopping, sleeping, & Starbucks), but hides a huge secret that could destroy her future if anyone found out. She then decides to be a photographer- taking pictures of others having fun and smiling, whilst she she barely has fun and forces every one of her smiles. In no time she grows to love her photography classes and she starts taking pictures at bigger places, like high-tech studios and the great outdoors. But when she meets Drew, will falling in love change her perspective on life, or will it just break her heart?

Drew Elliot- The usual teenage guy. He loves video games and girls; basically the cliché boy in every teen-romance story... Except this one has a hard life and a passionate love of guitar and singing. When he meets Natalie, he doesn't know that falling in love is dangerous- and he must face the consequences.
