Kiara Alarie was a simple girl. Or she seemed like one. Her life wasn't typical. She had decidedly ran away from her family but with a promise to return once she turned eighteen. She moved in with a couple that were friends with the family and also trusted by them.
Kiara is now in her final year of high school and a few months away from turning eighteen, she did not intend on meeting anyone or making any friends but then she meets Colton. He had many friends and took a liking to Kiara.
Kiara knew that she couldn't make any attachments with anyone especially Colton. But she felt like she was falling in love the longer she was around Colton.
Kiara wants to be with Colton but her promise and all her secrets catch up with her. Now, she doesn't know what to do or what's going to happen.
