Peter has been in an orphanage for as long as he can remember. 

First his parents died. He was given to his Aunt and Uncle, but they both died later on. Peter was left alone. He was sent to an orphanage. A horrible orphanage at that. Hes been picked a few times, but something always goes wrong, and hes sent back to the hellhole. Their was always a child better then him. And Peter didnt mind. He hoped the kids with him would get good homes. After he turned 13, people stopped picking him. No one wants a teenager. Now hes 15 years old. 

Oh yeah, and he has super human powers. Hes the Spiderman. 

Second, he didnt expect his whole life to go upside down. After the Tony Stark walked into the orphanages doors, he knew his whole life was about to change. 

And third, theres as new villian. Great. Like Peter Parker-Stark needed one of those.

She took a loving to Science and Mathematics and studys hard in school and with her father to be ready to take over Starks Industrys. Just like her dad she has been a valued marvel Iron hero named 'Ironheart' (pretending that she is ironheart since idk what else to do). Managing Junior year of high school and college courses on top of being a superhero and being the daughter of a famous billionaire and superhero she has her hands full and never gave to much thought to making friends or anything else. When Vallory was asigned to help train the rookie new superhero she didn't expect to get someone her own age of 17 that was actually pretty cool to hang out with.

I'm starting out a few weeks after Age of Ultron took place. Civil War will be a thing. Other than that I'm not too concerned about sticking to every canon detail and storyline.

Living with his Aunt May, going to high school as a sophomore and at night saving the people of Queens from Robberies, Kidnappings and some of Spider-mans enemies. Peter was then taken to an Orphanage where he was neglected by the care takers only a few kids try to help him make it through his time in the Orphanage. But sadly over the time of three months Peter slowly stopped talking, the schools therapist that was in charged of helping Peter to talk again. Tony and Pepper are wanting to adopt a kid thinking that having a kid will help keep the other's from having another 'Civil war' issue. So that is what they did, going to the closest Orphanage in Queens. When they first lay their eyes on Peter they knew that he was special and that he was the one. Everything was going great but all good things must come to an end. Will Peter make it out of his depressed state or will he be forever lost in his depression.
