After the tragic events that led to the Fall of Beacon, both Ruby and Yang head home to heal from the emotional, physical, and mental stress that they have endured during their battle. With the thought of danger and hard times coming ahead, Qrow struggles to keep the secret that he has been keeping away from the two girls. This leads to a heated argument between Qrow and Taiyang whether or not the truth should be told. As Ruby makes her resolve to go to Mistral, Qrow is more determined to tell Ruby the truth that he is her father.
