Underestimated (MHA x Male Reader)
A MHA x Reader Insert story. You were born with a very unique quirk. A quirk with a lot of mystery. What it lacked in power, it more than made up for in resourcefulness. As a child, this quirk helped you make friends and kept you the center of attention. Unfortunately, people never saw what it was really capable of. So, after reaching junior high, it was viewed as useless. You were told repeatedly that you could never be a Hero. But you're not a quitter. You will prove them wrong. However, for the sake of his brother Izuku decided to never tell anyone about the things he suffers from. He was after all not the only one with problems and his brother needed it more. That was how he lived for the past 6 years. One day his family grew and they got a little 5-year-old sister that just got rescued. . . Izuku Midoriya had everything a 4-year-old child could wish for. He had a family, a home and a quirk that was like no other. Thanks to a tragic and very bloody night, he was left with nothing then his own memories of a happy past and his quirk to protect himself. He quickly found out that people are looking at him because of his quirk. All the people ever wanted was his quirk and not him. Years pass, and the little green bean learned to trust no one but himself. If one was to ask him what was his quirk, he would say he was quirkless. It was only a protection measurement he found out to be necessary. After all, a quirkless life was better than a life in a laboratory. One day he was fortunately enough to meet the number 1 hero and could finally ask him the question of his life. What will however happen if the symbol of peace gives him an answer he has never though he would hear? More importantly, what will he do once he finds out he still has family out there? Will Izuku be able to find them? And what will poor Izuku think about his new family? Will they be able to save him from himself? Let's find out!
