Bella Rosebane lived a cog-in-a-machine life working in the marketing department for a fortune 500 company. Although her nine-to-five was monotonous, she had a best friend, Lucas Sanchez, who was always there to change things up. The two were on their way back to their apartments after another bleak day at work when a car ran a red light only to barrel straight towards Bella. Before she could react, the world went black and she woke up in a different world.
