"What the boss says goes, Yasmin."
"So are you gonna hit me or what?" I asked, smirking. "No, I'm going to let you hit yourself," Yasmin stated, getting up and heading to the back door, "Get away from me. I'm pissed Cardinal. You haven't contacted me in months."
How would she react? Would I get mean gang leader or angry spouse?
I could hear her silent cries because I knew she would not admit to her pain.
My head pounded, my fists were smart.
A sequel to Bïrthmark, which you should read to understand this story, Yasmin's Honor is a story predominantly through Yasmin's POV as she struggles with questions of her sexuality, if she truly loves Cardinal, and if being with a gang member is what she really wants. Read more in-story.😊

"It's ok, Blaine. I promise." I whispered into her ear. Her strong arms wrapped me so tightly. I felt so warm and safe... it's weird how calm everything felt in this moment. I hear her sniffle. "I... don't wanna go back." She whispered. I rubbed her back. "You don't have to if you don't want to I promise. You can stay as long as you want." I whispered back.
