Murphy's eyes grew wide with fear as he zeroed his gaze somewhere behind Bellamy's back. It took a second for Bellamy to realise he was staring at something before he too, turned around. "What is it-."

His whole body froze and his mouth opened in shock. There, Clarke laid, unconscious on the ground. He scanned her whole frame before noticing the pool of black blood beside her. His heart stopped and he felt the panic return.

He looked down at his hand holding the gun and back up to her. Everything finally clicked into place and realisation finally struck him. He shot her. Bellamy shot Clarke.

Frantically, Bellamy stood to his feet and limped over to Clarke before collapsing next to her and checking hopelessly to see if she was alive. "Clarke... Clarke... Clarke... Shit! What have I done?"

No, he couldn't lose her. She was too important to him. He needed her. He... No, Clarke couldn't die, he wouldn't let her.
