The world we know it has changed immensely. People everywhere obtained superpowers that were passed down through the generations until it became the norm. Some people use them throughout everyday life, others for good, and others for bad. This story is about the bad.

Ninshoya Amasawa is the late teen known more commonly as the villain 'Spine-Breaker', who's in it for the thrill and revenge, but is being pursued by the apprentice of a hero 'Silver Bullet'. 
Handling life at home with his alcoholic mother who he takes care of, and a hero chasing him down isn't easy; so he has friends to 'lighten the load'. Together they all earned the title 'The Children of Chaos', and they don't plan on helping anyone out anytime soon. 
But what happens when Ninshoya accidentally has yet another thing to put on his plate? What happens when he falls in love with the very person who want to put him in jail so badly?
