Max Kye is a shy and awkward kid from Manchester, England. His so called parents became addicted to drugs and alcohol, when he was 11. Ever since then, they have abused him. Max is very depressed and suicidal, but that only begins with his parents. The fact that he gets bullied in school doesnt help him. So you can guess that he doesnt have many friends. Actually he has none. He is a loner. An outcast. And he would like to keep it that way. Because anyone that gets too close could leave at any moment, just like everyone else.
Haider Kaine is a bad boy, he goes to party's, sleeps around, and doesnt follow rules. He is the whole package deal. He just moved to Manchester due to his mother marrying a new man. A man that Kaine has never met before. A man that he does not approve of, but his mother doesn't care what her son wants. He knows that his mother is only with this man because he has money. If Kaine had it his way he would still be living with his father, but he has passed away, due to kidney failure. He tends to keep his plan on not making friends and not finding anything more. Because you can lose anyone you love or anyoneyou are close to, way sooner than you think you will.
What will happen when Max and Kaine meet? Will they break each other even more? Or save each other in ways they never thought they'd be saved?
