Trust the fire within

This is a story about a young woman named Lamees living in a poor middle eastern country called Yemen. It takes places in year 2044. Twenty five years ago, in year 2019, a great unknown invasion to earth occurred and killed all of the world's leaders in order to save humanity from World War III. The unknown force promised the human race a group of saviors that will be born to save and protect the weak from oppression, unjust rule, and destruction caused by the hands of future leaders. Because of the invasion, new leaders are elected and the countries unite. Desperate to avoid another attack, the leaders decide to exterminate every child that is born believing they are a part of the unknown army that is promised. Millions of babies were murdered but not all. Lamees is one of the babies that survived. She grew up in hiding, struggling, lying about her age to the community fearing the united world government will find out. With her mother now passed away, Lamees lives with her six year old son and loving grandmother; the only living person that knows the truth about her age and her abilities. Abilities that no normal person would have.
