Kasper, a 13 year old small town girl. Broken hearted and fiercer then ever! Though she is shy she will do anything to protect the ones she loves. After being abused from her father she runs away to her nan and pops farm. Staying there gives her the comfort and protection from her father.

But when she finds a lonely, abused gelding around the back of her grandmas house. She forces herself to train him and become friends with him. She is forced to her final thread, but although this horse may come a package, she never gives up on him and he never gives up on her!
