Toby Rogers has been captured.
Caught hiding out after the murder of a family member, Toby finds himself getting locked up and locked away in a terrifying locale, and is forced to endure pain, tears and torture.
But things aren't always as they seem, as Toby starts to notice odd things out of place, seemingly at random, which seem to be hinting at an escape.
Toby finds solace in a strange pair of people, and must choose whether to risk staying with the strangers, who are very obviously hiding something, or flee by himself and face the world alone and injured.
If he chooses safety, he must choose to sacrifice everything he once had, and throw himself into direct danger to save his new found friends.
But if he chooses to escape the two strange men, and go off by himself, he will have to face many hazardous dangers by himself, and try to find food, shelter, and safety alone.

How will he decide to escape?
Will he find out the secrets of his untrustworthy helpers, or find a place where he can be free and live the remainder of his life without fear or pain?
