When clary moves back to new york for voice lessons and to take on her art career she has to have private voice lessons. Clary soon realizes she has fallen hard for her teacher.
clary use to live with her mom and dad when she was 9 in new york. When her parents split she stayed with her dad and jon, her older brother, stayed with their mom. clary is now 17 she and her dad just moved into this big house next to the lightwoods and their adopted son who was a herondale. Clary use to be best friends with their adopted son jace Herondale.
Its been 8 years and clary is still short she is still into art and is taking an interest in her voice. she has more curves than she did when she was 15. she still wears ripped jeans and regular shirts. Of course they all had paint on them.

This happens after the city of heavenly fire.(In the Mortal Instruments series) She walks in gracefully and says with so much venom, that I flinch, "Sit down and listen." I obey, sensing a very wrong and dangerous vibe from her. She continues, "I am Ms. Smith but you will call me madam." I reply, "And I am Clar-" "I know who you are if not why would I have summoned that demon to kidnap you," she interrupts, glaring at me. I am shocked, why would this lady kidnap me. I am completely perplexed. She must have seen it on my face because she says, "You killed Jonathan Morgenstern when all he did was love you. I HATE YOU. If you weren't there he would have loved me. Now I will take your loved ones away from you." I am just about to reply when she sends electrifying green sparks towards me which make me lose consciousness.
