The one thing Hercules hated more than an enemy was Christmas, the jingle bells and the laughter of children once they open a present was annoying to him though it wasn't that way before.
The one thing Lafayette loved more than baking was Christmas, he thought of it as a magical time of the year where everyone is happy.
How will these two match? Will Lafayette find the reason for Hercules loathing for the holiday? Or will that remain a secret like many other things they have to get through together?

Hercules Mulligan is a student at Oak Academy. Every year they switch the classes around so you have no idea who anybody is. This year he got in the same class as Marquis, a student that came later in the year. It was mid January, and everything was awesome. Then Hercules had to talk to Marquis because no one else would. Unfortunately, the boy doesn't speak English. Only french. These two are going to find a way to communicate with their separate languages. Just you wait. Growing up in the Caribbean he'd never had the chance. Never until he'd moves to New York. Sure, he dreamed about seeing snow. But he never imagined that it was so cold. Yeah, it was pretty and all, but it was way too cold. The first year was the worst, but each year made Alexander dislike snow more and more. John was happy, though. Growing up in New York, John was used to the snow. Alexander on the other hand, he wasn't used to snow at all, as he grew up in the Caribbean. He thought he was gay for a while, then he met the Schuylers and Lafayette and Hercules. They showed him he was demi. His Father kicked him out of his house because he was gay at 16. He lives alone and has to work to pay rent. Peggy had a hard life with her sisters and her own problems. Being insecure about yourself is normal, but she's not insecure after everything that has happened. Maria didn't know what not being talked about all the time was until she met everyone. She stopped being called a sl*t and she didn't have to deal that much with James R. That much. Lafayette and Hercules knew each other since the very start.
