Vampire!Tony x Werewolf!Steve
This is based on a Role Play I did on Twitter.

Backstory:
When Steve was on a solo mission in the woods, he was bitten by an ordinary wolf. He thought nothing of it, but it turns out that the DNA reacted with the Super Soldier Serum in his system. He tells Bruce about the strange things happening to him, and he helps him through it. (Rage monster buddies.) Bruce helped Steve with making a special uniform that expands when he changes, just like his pants he uses when Hulking out.
On the other side of things, Tony became a vampire by accident back when the Avengers fought Dracula. (It happened in Avengers Assemble. Trust me.) Since Tony had needed the Arc Reactor, the bite didn't fully affect him like it would have on anyone else. He wouldn't become one of Dracula's servants, and Dracula wouldn't be able to tell he was a vampire unless Tony wanted him to know. However, Tony had to make some changes to his suit. He created a UV shield to protect himself when outside.
Now, the Avengers are on a mission to foil Hydra's plans again, but the two of them encounter some bumps along the way.
