Persephone was raised by the Hunt, at a secret location, ever since she was found as a babe by Artemis. Her mother had died protecting her from a monster and she doesn't even know who her real father is. Raised as a fighter, Persephone is more than capable of protecting herself and is put to the test when Zeus accuses her of stealing his lightning bolt. Now she must prove herself by going on a quest to recover the stolen bolt, along with two other idiots, and make sure that no Olympian goes to war.

Persephone is based on Mia Smoak from Arrow TV series. It is rated PG-13.

Riptide by Annabeth Chase

20 parts Complete

First in a series of books based on the Percy Jackson books from Annabeth Chase's perspective. This one follows the Lightning Thief but also includes her early years with Thalia and Luke. I am sticking as close to the books as possible though I did borrow a few things from the TV show where it worked better. Series notes: Book One: Riptide by Annabeth Chase - Complete Book Two: Backbiter by Annabeth Chase - Complete Book Three: Scythe by Annabeth Chase - Complete Book Four: Palinode by Annabeth Chase - Complete Book Five: Mirror compiled by Annabeth Chase - In Progress **Trigger warnings - there are minor amounts of emotional neglect, abuse, spiders and self-harm throughout**
