After an accident that leaves Izuku Midoriya with a magnet in his chest powered by a car battery, he's pretty pissed. Along with the fact that he was told by his hero he couldn't be a hero he's even more pissed. As a mental fuck you to Bakougo and All Might he decides to be a hero anyway with the help of scrap metal and a 200 year old comic.

Izuku Midoriya formerly izuku yagi had a good life up until he was diagnosed quirkless. He was neglected and beaten by his own (all might, magnetic and Izumi) family and (1A) friends. Over the years izuku learn how to defend himself in private, read comics from before quirks were around and learning about heroes quirks. One day, while izuku is running away from his tormentors, he runs into the forest to lose them. After he does he realizes he's lost and then he sees a meteor coming towards him. After it crashes izuku feels like it's calling to him, he goes near it and almost in an instant he feels a sudden surge of power and strength he never felt before. Now with these new abilities he will become the next number one hero and symbol of hope.
