Its the Year 2119 and now the Earth we knew is long gone. 60% of the population are still human and 40% are now a humanoid hybrids who have special and unique abilities. Unfortunately, Hybrids have to deal with discrimiation from the majority of normal humans. Crime is also now more common across the globe especially in New America. But in the city of Cimentrium, the city we present day humans know as 'Boston', there is a hero known as Lumen Arkangel, the man who Cimentrium citizens call 'the symbol of peace'. But behind the wings and mask, he is 26-Year-Old Noah Arcus, an office worker living a double life of being the no.1 hero in the land and his private life of being a normal citizen. But as a group of hybrids, using their powers for bad causes emerge... Noah's going to have to defeat them.....and fast before its too late....
