Darkness lurks even in its own shadow. It fills a mind with black, decaying thoughts, strangling everything with a life force. It breaks every connection to reality until the host is stuck in their own mind, trapped and slowly choked as the life leaves their body through their wrist and ankles, leaving a dark, red stain on the floor. Darkness comes. It never leaves. This is my story.
