Based on real life events but made into a fanfic. 18 year old Jenny Rouge left behind everything she had in France to start a new life in LA. She became best friends with Billy who she now lives with in a 4 bedroom apartment over looking pretty much all of LA, her other best friend Maya lives down the road and is soon moving into their apartment. When new guy Harry moves into the apartment above them things start to get close. More parties happen and tears, laughter and more are created within the group of four teens. Jenny and Billy had been an item for a while but realised it wasn't going to work out and should just stay as friends. Billy has his eyes set on Jenny's best friend but who does Jenny have eyes for?
