This is a Fanfiction based around the Netflix Original Free Rein. Ann is a Texas native, born and raised in Central Texas. She thought her life was pretty great in the deep south and there wasn't a day that went by that she thought of being at the lake, or held a glass of Sweet Tea in her hand. Ann relished her life in Texas, her high school days were halfway done, and she knew that the rest of her life was ahead of her until torrents of rain poured down on the dry parched state, and her mother, like the tide along the Gulf Coast, was pulled away from her. With her mother gone and her father at his breaking point, her father packed up everything they had, and shipped them across the world, to a place that could remind them the least of Texas; Great Britain, to a small cozy island, hoping, that with time, the two of them might heal.
