It is the year 2022, the year where VR was more popular than ever before, with Akihiko Kayaba's Sword Art Online being the main talk of it all.
On November 6th, weeks after the beta test ended, the famous VRMMORPG was finally released, with only 10,000 players being fortunate enough to get their hands on a copy straight away.
Among these thousands of players was a 14 year old boy known as Rimuru "Nava". He expected the game to be just like he remembered during the beta, but oh how wrong he was, as they are all now trapped in a death game until the 100th floor is cleared.
Watch as Rimuru and his partner Koharu Honda, as well as various friends they meet along the way, go through their journey towards the 100th floor!
