Brahms no se ha ido a dormir aun. El terrorífico niño, que utiliza a un muñeco para conseguir sus propósitos, sigue decidido a crear el caos por donde vaya y destruir a todas aquellas personas que se interpongan en su camino. En esta ocasión, Brahms está listo para aterrorizar a una familia que acaba de mudarse a la mansión Heelshire, un lugar con varias leyendas macabras.
