Lavapaw is the only one who looks normal among the clan cats. At the eve of her tyroship, Bluemoon takes her to see Night that shatters the sky(Night)who is apart of a long ancestral lineage of  half celestial guardians of the Pool of Stars and Dreams.

 A sudden change in atmosphere both threatening and foreboding as Lavapaw spots two cats  conversing with a third one she has never seen before. Nightheart begins to dedicate herself more and more to her Clan, and the Dark Forest doesn't approve. Peace between the Clans can't last forever, and everyone is beginning to worry of when a battle, or even a war will break out.
