The Trials and Tribulations of a Supernatural Teen

Winnifred Engll just turned sixteen, and like most teens her age, she is starting junior year. Winni is considered that nice girl that says hello to everyone as she passes them down the hall. She is a cheerleader. She sings in the school chorus. Also, like most teens, she has her two besties that she shares everything with, but even those girls don't know Winni's greatest secret. Like, what do all those omniscient looks that certain students give each other in the hallway really mean? Where do some students disappear to on certain nights? What secret could the the all star quarterback, a genius nerd, a drama geek, the life of every party, the brooding loner, and that nice girl who wears button up cardigans possibly share? The Answer, they are all more than meets the eye. They are all something completely supermundane. Yes, they do have powers, but not all Avivians have the same powers. That is why becoming sixteen means so much more than driving and going to prom for this bunch because it also means that they are old enough to carry on their people's tradition of learning to hone their abilities and marrying from a family with entirely different powers. The small town of Avalon's Sanctuary harbors many secrets, and this petite group of supernatural beings is but one secret yet to be revealed.
