Heart and Soul is a fanfiction featuring Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato. The first part is thinly based off a song called "Same Auld Lang Syne" but I made it up myself, it's just the storyline in the first part is kind of like the song. This is about Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas meeting up in a grocery store five years after Camp Rock 2. Demi is now married to Sterling Knight but she doesn't love him, she's still in love with Joe. Joe hasn't been with anyone else after losing Demi and he misses her more than anything in the world. Will they be able to find there way back to each other and overcome the struggles, or will they remain apart forever despite the love they share. Find out in "Heart and Soul."
