This is a what if story based on Amazing Spiderman Vol 317 with a bit of relevance to the Venom Lethal Protector series. Peter's plan seems to be going smoothly, but suddenly The Life Foundation gets involved and ends up with Eddie Brock dead and the symbiote bonded to Spiderman. With Spiderman and his newly bonded buddy, The Life Foundation have set out with new plans for the symbiote which could lead to serious consequences not just for Spiderman, but for the whole world.
