The SkyWing Dragonet Flame hates his life more than he hated the prophecy. He hates that his mother left him with the NightWings. He hates what Viper did to him, leaving his snout permanently disfigured.

But most importantly, he hates how now, after Jade Mountain Academy, there's no one who wants to believe in him. And nowhere left for him to go.

So when Queen Ruby decides to send him to one of the Sky Kingdom's hospital, Flame is distraught. He isn't sick. He doesn't need help. He also doesn't feel like any good can come from it...

Both groups of dragonets have lived their entire lives in a lie, but one will end the war and make Pyrrhia the continent it was before.
