The effect of Thanos' snap echoed through the universe, reaching even a small diner in New York. Jessica Drew was celebrating her 17th birthday with her family when, in an instant, she ceased to exist.
Five years later, life is restored thanks to the Avengers, and Jessica returns home, hoping to pick up where she left off. But a bite from a radioactive spider has other plans for her. Now armed with newfound abilities, Jessica must navigate her altered reality and confront a choice: will she stand by as her hometown succumbs to a criminal syndicate, or will she rise up to save the city she loves?
