What would you do, if the world you knew, was falling apart? Give up hope and watch it unfold beneath you? Or strive for any hope at all to part the pieces back together?

Clinton Kline questions himself that same scenario everyday. Personal Trainer and owner of Ultra Fitness can only keep up in the gym. When he can't keep up paying the bills, the proposition Gloria Valdore conjured, rings in his head.

Chanting, bribing for him to cave. Morals fly out the window when offered to train and "distract" her daughter Palmer Valdore. By sleeping with her after the heaviest breakup she's encountered.

Her world seems to be falling apart too. Clinton has a solution to all his problems...train. But what happens when he's faced with building her world, then tearing it apart all over again?

Will training save him and his gym? Or will Gloria's money? What about Palmer? What would she do if she found out the new man in her life was lying all along, just to save his world? She might wish to be taken out of it. Or worse yet, taken out of her own world.
