Delilah Saint is La Push High School's girl next door. Everyone knew who she was and loved her. Her happy go lucky attitude made everyone smile. She never seemed to be in a bad mood and was always optimistic. That all slowly changed though as it seemed her life was falling apart. 
Her friend group was slowly falling apart. Bella became depressed again and didn't hang out with them anymore, her crush and best friend Embry Call dropped her for Sam and Jacob was following in suit. She really only had Quil left and soon he would be following Sam around like a puppy just like the others.
And to top it all off, she was dying. Dying from a terminal illness with time running out. 
The once optimistic girl was now broken and wilting.
