Blizzard Winter Storm is the name of a completely normal teenaged girl who has a brother named Samuel James Witwicky. Blizzard was adopted off the streets at the age of 5 and doesn't remember anything before that time which is thought to be normal due to her age but she has a few... unique... things about her.
She has an unknown past and when that past is revealed to her, what will happen to her and those around her.
The lost are found,
The forgotten, now remembered,

With Lisa trying to keep her relationship together the world begins to fall part and a new war rises. As the war out breaks the war appears to tip in favor of the Decepticons, leading to a climactic battle in Chicago.
