    Alice Beamer, age 23, has been working her entire life for a chance at the big money as an actress. She expected it to take longer, but not even a month after she had retired to her hometown she was called to the city of stars, Hollywood.
    
    When she gets there, she finds that she hadn't been delt as good a deck as expected, as the oldest grudge she's ever held is reawakened... With her character's love interest, played by the actor Jameson Mulroon.
    
    Will she be able to put the past behind herself, or must she find the reason behind his old habit? Why is it fate dragged her here, and now? Will he even recognize her, anyways...?
