The story takes place in Norway during the german invasion in 1940. You live together with your paranoid mother who suffers deeply from a trauma in her past. When another life changing incident hits you and leaves you in charge of your mother, you decide to leave town to seek out your relatives living in the mountains. Trying to learn about your family, you'll find something much darker and sinister starting to unravel.
