The Ultimate Maze

Marissa Samuels's father, a well known scientist, discovered a way to travel to other dimensions but without changing the time period a person is in. Marissa, her sister and their three other friends accidentally travel through one of these portals which aren't supposed to exist yet, let alone believed to work besides Marissa's father. The group of five attempt to get home but each portal takes them deeper and deeper into a chaotic maze of other portals taking them to other dimensions and the more dimensions they fall into the more they forget about their own world. Soon they won't know what their reality is.
Marissa, being one of the daughters of the creator of the dimension-traveling theory, knows quite a lot about the portal process so the people who have created this maze of portals come after her and her group because they feel they're dangerous and will ruin their plans. Now the five teenagers are trying to find their way home and avoid a massive group of enemies.
It's not until the group joins forces with a handful of other teens just as puzzled and desperate to get home when they realize how enormous this maze has gotten. With all this going on, Marissa finds herself in a love triangle but are any of the boys from her dimension? How can she possibly know if she doesn't know the difference between the dimension she's in from her reality? The maze never seems to end, and it may not have an end if she doesn't distinguish reality from an alternate dimension.
