Francene "Frankie" Edwards was desperate to get out of Hawkins, Indiana. She made sure she had the perfect grades to get accepted into a good school so she could leave and never come back. The only thing that made her want to stay was her best friend, Jonathan Byers. Nothing ever happened in Hawkins, at least that's what Frankie used to think. After Jonathan's brother, Will goes missing, strange things start happening and Frankie gets close to people she never thought she would.
