Delhi is a metropolitan city. Government and people of Delhi want Delhi to be one of the most developed cities in the world. For this K-1 zone will be constructed in the west and south-west Delhi under Master Plan Delhi 2021. This is the new sector announced in Dwarka. Its apartments ranging from 1 BHK to 4 BHK with all modern amenities. Many villages and unauthorized colonies are the part of this area, therefore, the government decides to develop this area. This zone covers almost 6515 hectors.  DDA K1 zone has 26 villages. With the development of these villages, people who are living their get a chance of being socialized and their financial status will also be raised. There is a chance that around 12 lakh people can accommodate their incoming year. 

DDA K1 Zone provides all the basic amenities such as 1 KVA power backup, 24 hours' water supply, balcony, car parking, firefighting charger, flooring, gym, hi-tech security, lift, parking, Wi-Fi. This area will also provide a respectable neighborhood. School, hospitals, ATM, supermarket, gym entertainment, café and bus stand are not very far from this area.  It will be going to be the most advanced tower ship of Delhi due to land pooling policy. Therefore, many builders planned to invest in K1 Zone. 

Land Pooling Policy is the policy which is introduced by the government for the development of Delhi.
