If that was your intention I don't want to disappoint you. The idea of this book is to help you get through your sadness. To help you think and understand how to experience this moment that must be very very difficult for you right now and tell you that you are definitely not alone. Each one faces the end of a relationship in a different way and no matter what the way you choose to go through yours, that is your moment and you should do things your way and in your time. Of course, if it can be in a slightly lighter and with a bit of fun it's better and that's why this book is here.
