This is not a traditional manual! It doesn't come with the promise that it will help you heal your broken heart overnight or that it will decrease your pain chapter by chapter until in the end you feel completely healed. If that was your intention I don't want to disappoint you. The idea of this book is to help you get through your sadness. To help you think and understand how to experience this moment that must be very very difficult for you right now and tell you that you are definitely not alone. Each one faces the end of a relationship in a different way and no matter what the way you choose to go through yours, that is your moment and you should do things your way and in your time. Of course, if it can be in a slightly lighter and with a bit of fun it's better and that's why this book is here. I would like to remind you at this point that we are all human beings, that we have rights to have feelings and that because you are reading this book it doesn't mean you are out of control or desperate. We all have ups and downs and during these times we sometimes need a friend to talk to. Here you will find a sincere story of who also suffered for a broken heart - and is still suffering while writing this description - and that would just like to have a sincere talk on this subject. You have the complete freedom to agree or not with the points of view that are approached, like when you are chatting with your friends, only the difference is that you will do it in the silence of your house while lying on the bed or on the sofa, on your work table, on the bus going home...
