The Hunger Games movie came out a couple days ago. As a celebration I decided to write this. Please leave feedback. P.s. Some of the facts may be wrong. I made this up based on the books, but I read them last year and might have missed some stuff. Anyways I feel like Effies past was a mystery so I made up my own. I hope you enjoy.

Something about him upon first glance forms a deep pit inside your stomach; there's something off about that man. While the intention to put you alongside him was to help advance your studies, it's clear he has something else in mind. He wasn't lying when he said, "I'll teach you everything." Set 5 years after the events in "The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes." All usurpers were executed (except those pesky star-crossed lovers, who knows where they ran off to), District 13 was destroyed for good (but District 12 was rebuilt, on the basis that the Capitol realized that it actually really needed coal), and the Hunger Games were reinstated.
