A while ago the question of what if an alien is so cute, a straight guy can't help but still fall in love depite the alien being male, came to me. And of course, the idea for a new story was born soon thereafter. This is the result, my latest novel set in the science fiction Aoyu Universe as of this writing, and the first (and at this time only) gay/bisexual romance themed story that I've written. --- During the Earth-Silth conflicts, two commanders of opposing warships played a game of chicken at one of the outer known solar systems, the result being a head-on collision and two ships fused together at the bows. After the cease fire agreement plans were made to salvage what they could from the ships and Alain from Earth was sent as part of a two man crew to recover components from the Earth vessel while a team from the Silth would handle theirs. Passions unfold in this totally dead serious and not at all blatantly satirical story, of sarcastic romance and self-love, where me and other me with a beard, split hairs on the definitions of what having "an affair" even means. Is it even cheating if it's you on you? Maybe, but what our cloned wife doesn't know, won't hurt them. An affair turns to a coverup, and a series of murders to bury the situation. Every step closer to myself, takes me closer to a prison sentence, as things become harder to hide, and suspicious turn to theories. What on Odin's green moon have I done, and do I really want to stop now? It's just starting to get fun.
