Tyler has schizophrenia but his parents are too busy with work to realize anything is wrong. He is bullied and everyone thinks he's crazy.
Josh just moved to Columbus Ohio and is desperate for a new friend. When he meets Tyler, Josh can tell he is a bit weird but doesn't think much of it. Josh would never be able to predict how difficult it could be being Tyler's friend.
