Toby Johnson was a computer geek who had never held a hammer before he inherits the rundown Georgia colonial plantation known as the Fairchild Manor outside the city of Bellevue. He soon finds that finishing the renovation job that his uncle had begun though just might change his life forever. While he had arrived to fix up the mansion, it seemed more like the manor, or someone living there still, was more intent on fixing him up instead. When a pretty young Gemma Haney comes to stay though, the peaceful resident becomes... jealous?.
